Which plan is right for me?
If you run a guest house, Airbnb, B&B, campsite or small lodge with up to 15 rooms, choose Starter. If you run a hotel, resort, serviced apartment or boutique property with 16 to 45 rooms, choose Professional. Larger hotels, safari camps and groups should talk to us about Enterprise.
How do I pay?
In Kenyan Shillings, by M-Pesa. Choose monthly or annual (annual saves you two months).
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for the discount.
Is onboarding really free?
Yes. Data import, room and rate setup and staff training are included free on every plan. The only one-time cost is the optional KRA eTIMS setup.
Do I need Hasibu?
No. InzuHub is fully standalone. Hasibu is an optional add-on for POS and accounting, billed separately.
What are the payment processing fees for?
They cover card and mobile-money processing through Network. Cash payments are always free.
What if I have more than 45 rooms or several properties?
Contact us for Enterprise pricing tailored to larger properties, safari camps and multi-property groups.
