Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InzuHub website, applications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Description of Service

InzuHub provides a stays and property management platform that helps hosts and property managers manage guests, tasks, inventory, expenses, and revenue from one hub. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Services or for operational reasons.

Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@inzuhub.com of any unauthorised use or security concern.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed per property on a recurring basis as described at the point of purchase. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with operation or security, uploading unlawful or harmful content, infringing the rights of others, or using the Services to send spam or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and content provided by InzuHub, are owned by InzuHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete account data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InzuHub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
